Policies
The rules for booking with SinKutEmUp, in one place. Your first booking on an account asks you to agree to them; booking as a guest asks every time. Effective November 3, 2026.
Booking and paying
Book any open time on the booking page. There's no deposit.
Pay at the shop: cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, tap to pay, Chime, PayPal or Zelle.
A.T.L.A.S. or Sin can waive a fee.
Cancelling
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
Cancel from your account page, or contact A.T.L.A.S. or Sin if it's closer than that.
Running late
You have a 20-minute grace period.
When you get to the shop, tap "I'm here" on your account page or in your booking email.
Between 20 and 30 minutes late, A.T.L.A.S. or Sin decides whether to keep, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If you're more than 20 minutes late and A.T.L.A.S. or Sin keeps your appointment, a $10 late fee is added.
30 minutes late without checking in, the appointment is cancelled automatically and counts as a no-show.
No-shows
Two no-shows in a row, without an excuse A.T.L.A.S. or Sin accepts, pause online booking for 1 month. The next time it's 3 months, and after that it's permanent.
A no-show owes the full price of the missed visit at the next appointment, unless A.T.L.A.S. or Sin accepts the excuse.
An excuse A.T.L.A.S. or Sin accepts, or a finished visit, resets the count.
If online booking is paused for you, you can send one appeal from your account page. A.T.L.A.S. or Sin decides.
When Sin misses
It goes both ways. If Sin isn't there for your appointment, or is more than 20 minutes late, your next visit is free.
Before and after hours
Before-hours times: every day, 6 AM until 9 AM, by request.
After-hours times: Monday to Saturday, 7 PM until 11 PM, by request.
A.T.L.A.S. or Sin confirms each request before it's booked.
$20 is added to every service booked before or after hours.
Rewards
Refer a friend: they name you when they book their first visit, A.T.L.A.S. or Sin confirms it, and once their cut is done you get $10 off.
Your second confirmed referral earns a free Men's haircut, Teen cut or Kids cut. It keeps going, and rewards stack.
Birthday: half off one visit in your birthday month.
Reviews
Only clients with an account and a finished visit can leave a review: one review per finished visit. A.T.L.A.S. or Sin reads each one before it's shown.
Your account and your details
You sign in with a code sent to your email; there's no password.
Your details are used only for your bookings. You can change them, or delete your account, at any time.
